Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley hasn't talked about her parents much but she claims that her bodybuilding grandpa is what inspires her to exercise. Ashley is active physically since the age of a small girl. She started swimming lessons at age four, and continued for the next 10 years. The fact that she did not adhere to strict dietary habits meant that she did not participate in a lot of the contests. Her attractive appearance and her curvy physique made her popular during her high school years. It isn't known if Ashley ever dated someone during that time. Ashley did not decide to go to college after she graduated and instead pursued a modelling career as a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 years older when she realizing that her body wasn't her ideal body. Her grandfather encouraged her to go to the fitness center. But she took the advice of her grandfather to start slowly. What she didn't know was that she would spend nine years shaping her figure before becoming an exercise idol. Inspired by her success Ashley entered the World Championships in 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and finished seventh. She felt energized by what she considered was her loss and continued to push herself even further. Ashley took home the fifth position in the WBFF World Championships in 2015. After this she decided to not continue competing. When she was still competing in competitions she was offered a variety of shoots. But she didn't wish to join her two careers. Once she had retired from playing and resigned from the sport, she began working as a fitness-model. After being featured on the front of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was then able to begin her fitness modeling career as she signed with a modeling agency. Seit then she is an internationally renowned model and has been employed by numerous bikini brands and world-renowned clothing companies.
